Recruiter Features
Candidate Database

This database holds all of your candidates' information including the candidate source, candidate owner, candidate status in the database, name and contact information, qualifications, past submissions, contact notes, EEO Information, current/last employment information, job requirements, and an attached resume.

Company/Company Contact Database

This database manages your client companies, the hiring contacts at each company, and client contact notes.

Job Database

The job database holds all of the past, present, and prospective jobs for your company. The job database contains the job information including the job owner, job status, job location, job requirements, financial information, and job details.

Job List

The current job list is accessible via the Job List page, which shows the company, location, type, job title and status information. The displayed jobs on this page can be filtered by job status. Any column can be sorted on this page by clicking the column header.

Candidate Search

Searching can be done on any of the fields from the candidate page. The search results are returned with the candidate names and contact information so you can call or email the candidate to see if he is interested in the job.

Resume Search

If you attach resumes to the candidates, you can use this feature to search all of the resumes for keywords. The returned search results are the same format as the Candidate Search results.

Job Activity

The job activity screen gives you a complete view of the current state of any job. Track all of the candidates that have been submitted to a job and monitor their progress through the placement pipeline.

Contact Management

Maintain candidate and client specific contact information. View all of the past contact notes or search for notes in a particular timeframe using the contact report.

Company Job Site

All of your current jobs are available to prospective candidates on your web site. They can search for jobs based on city, state, or keyword and submit an application online.

My Recruitpoint

This is the home page for a recruiter on recruitpoint.net. This page shows the recruiter their list of current candidate job submissions, their contact notes for the last 7 days, and their current applicant list.

Candidates can apply online for a job listed in your company's job database. Or you can provide a URL for candidates to use when they see your job advertised on another site.

Site Configuration

Configure your Candidate Source list and related costs. This allows you to create a list to track the Candidate Sourcing activities for your company. Entering the costs associated with these activities allows Recruitpoint.net to generate cost per hire and total costs of sourcing candidates.

Configure your Candidate Job Status list so Recruitpoint.net matches your company's workflow for handling candidates. This makes tracking and reporting on candidates in the recruiting process meaningful to your recruiters.
